Organization focused on strengthening communities across Alabama by improving infrastructure, expanding opportunity, and supporting healthier, more efficient homes.

The Alabama Resiliency Fund (ARF) is a new 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to strengthening low- and moderate-income communities across the state. ARF focuses on addressing critical infrastructure needs that impact daily life — including energy efficiency, housing quality, digital access, workforce development, and education.

Through a coordinated set of initiatives, ARF works to reduce energy burden, improve living conditions, and expand economic opportunity. This includes investments in weatherization and home energy improvements, support for digital connectivity and education, and programs that help build a skilled local workforce.

One of ARF’s first initiatives is the Energy Savings Program (ESP), a program designed to help families live more comfortably and manage energy costs through no-cost home energy improvements. Through targeted weatherization and efficiency upgrades, ESP enhances home comfort while reducing unnecessary energy use.

ARF’s work is made possible through collaboration with a network of partners and community stakeholders, working together to improve affordability, strengthen infrastructure, and build more resilient communities across Alabama.
